Terms and Conditions

Product information

We aim to keep product specifications, prices and availability current. Output, pH, TDS and treatment results vary with source water, pressure, temperature, installation and maintenance. Images may include presentation elements, so confirm the current physical model before payment.

Prices and payment

The confirmed quotation at the time of order controls the transaction. Installment information must be read with the down payment, number of months, monthly amount and total payable. Do not send payment to an account that has not been confirmed through our published sales contact.

Installation and service

Installation depends on access, water connection, drainage, power, space, mounting position and service-area confirmation. Warranty is provided under written terms. Consumables, parts, travel, labour and work outside warranty may be chargeable.
