Product, price, stock, location, delivery timing, installation requirements and payment method are confirmed before an order proceeds.

Delivery and installation

Transport and standard installation are included with the current main-filter offer, subject to service-area and site confirmation. Replacement cartridges may carry a separate delivery charge shown at the time of order.

Changes cancellations and returns

Contact the sales line as early as possible if an order must be changed or cancelled. Return eligibility depends on the item condition, whether installation has started, hygiene and consumable status, delivery costs and applicable consumer law. The confirmed order terms control each case.

Damaged or incorrect items

Report a damaged or incorrect item promptly with the order details and clear photographs. Do not install or use an item that appears damaged or incompatible before receiving guidance.
